Eluna is a public, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to provide comfort, hope and healing to children and families affected by grief and addiction. Founded in 2000 by former MLB pitcher Jamie Moyer and child advocate Karen Phelps Moyer, Eluna supports thousands of children and families each year through its free signature programs and services. Camp Erin® is the largest national bereavement program for children and teens grieving the death of someone significant in their lives and Camp Mariposa® is a national addiction prevention and mentoring program for youth impacted by a family member’s substance use disorder. The Eluna Resource Center extends Eluna’s continuum of care by providing a online hub of resources and a curated set of online resources with personalized phone and email support for families experiencing grief, addiction and other related issues. About the Eluna Resource Center:
The Eluna Resource Center offers confidential, personalized support in English and Spanish as well as a comprehensive online library of resources and referrals for children and families impacted by addiction, grief and related complex challenges. On a mission to educate, destigmatize, and equip our community with resources and tools that promote understanding the impact of grief and addiction, the Eluna Resource Center offers Community Conversations, Eluna Cares, and Personalized Support for all who seek it.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update online library of content and for functionality
- Manage the collaborative resource exchange process with external partners requesting to be listed on the ERC Online Library
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop innovative resources and custom content
- Support the Community Conversations and Webinar Series programming
- Build awareness of the Resource Center, new resources and Eluna programs through strategic partnerships, associations, and conferences
- Oversee ERC program and evaluation data, including e-forms, Eluna’s CRM (Salesforce) data and reports to ensure timely and accurate inputting, tracking and analysis of ERC data.
- Manage ERC inventory and sales data of ERC products including Care Packages, Postcard Pointers, and Caregiver Guidebooks
- Ensure timely reporting of metrics and outcomes to ERC Director and relevant Eluna team members for use in grant applications and reporting, marketing and communications, impact reporting, etc.
- Recruit, train and supervise volunteers and interns for the Camp Erin program.
- Collaborate with Eluna team members on projects and initiatives as needed.
- Promote Eluna as a leader in the childhood bereavement and addiction prevention field through the cultivation of strategic and collaborative relationships.
- Attend and support events as needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality, relevance, and accessibility across all offerings
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, Communications, or related field and a minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience; or associate degree and a minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in program or project coordination
- Experience with:
- detailed data entry and management
- project management that requires meticulous organization
- supporting successful programs or projects
- establishing and building relationships with subject matter experts and partners

- Familiarity with website design tools, such as WordPress
- Familiarity with marketing and design tools, such as MailChimp and Canva
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar database)
- Ability to nurture and sustain critical relationships
- Secondary language, such as Spanish, is preferred
- Facilitation of interdepartmental collaboration to successfully implement projects
- Excellent\communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidentiality, honesty, and discretion required
