Jason Clark Memorial Scholarship Program

A one-time $3,000 educational scholarship awarded annually to one qualifying recipient of personalized support from the Eluna Resource Center.

To qualify, applicants must be:

  • A recipient of personalized support from the Eluna Resource Center through their direct request or via a caregiver’s request. See FAQs for a definition of personalized support.
  • A high school senior that is graduating in 2026 or a current student in a post-high school program.

The Jason Clark Memorial Scholarship is offered in memory of Jason Clark. Of all the ways to describe Jason, the words “curious,” “compassionate,” and “committed” would be at the top. He cared deeply about our society and the challenges we are facing. Jason believed that much could be improved or even solved if people had more access to education, to books, to learning in every venue and of every kind. He took that belief to the next level by teaching the next generation both online and in the classroom. Jason believed everyone learned in their own way and as a teacher he would find a way to connect to those students and make continuous learning exciting and impactful. A scholarship in Jason’s honor that allows more students to further their education is the perfect way to honor his life. He would be delighted to know that the opportunity for more education, more knowledge, and more people using their knowledge to improve our world was available through this scholarship.

Qualifying applicants will have received a custom list of resources and local referrals curated by the Eluna Resource Center team through a request submitted by themselves or a caregiver. If an applicant for the Jason Clark Memorial Scholarship received support via a request from a caregiver, we encourage them to collaborate on their application with their requesting caregiver.

Personalized support may also have been requested by a support professional (such as a therapist or school counselor) on a youth’s behalf.
