Joy Soto is Assistant Director at the University of Pennsylvania and previously worked as a Community Voices and Engagement Fellow at WHYY. She has produced several Community Conversation events that range from panels, screenings, and workshops. Her work includes collaborating with communities from Philly, South Jersey and Delaware.
