When someone we know is grieving or struggling, we often feel helpless and unsure of what to say and how to help. We can feel a strong pull to just “do something.” When you want to show how much you care and provide comfort to a child or teen, Eluna Cares can help.
Send a Care Package todayKids may often feel lost or isolated when a death or major change in their life occurs, Eluna Cares offers personalized care packages to children and teens ages 6-17 impacted by grief, addiction, a suicide death or other mental health challenges. Eluna Cares is a tangible reminder that we see them – we hear them – and we are here to support and guide them through these difficult life events.
Recipients will receive a custom combination of therapeutic and comfort items appropriate for their age and circumstance, which may include a backpack, poster, stuffed animal, art supplies, photo frame, books, candle or flashlight. Each package is accompanied by an Eluna Resource Center report with recommended therapeutic activities and resources.
When you send a care package, your gift is tax deductible. You may include a personal note to the recipient or can send an acknowledgment in honor or memory of someone. All care package donations go to support Eluna’s mission*.
