Best known as the Founder and former CEO of eMaint Enterprises, a global SaaS company providing enterprise asset management solutions. Under his leadership, eMaint grew from a bootstrapped start-up into an industry leader serving thousands of organizations worldwide. In 2016, the company was acquired by Fluke Corporation, a subsidiary of Fortive (NYSE: FTV), in a landmark transaction that highlighted its innovation and market impact. Following the successful sale of eMaint, Brian has continued to apply his expertise as a board director, investor, and advisor, focusing on governance, strategy, and value creation for various organizations.

Eva Feindler Eluna board member

Eva Feindler

Retired Professor of Clinical Psychology

Eva L. Feindler, Ph.D. is a retired professor of psychology from Long Island University Doctoral program in Clinical Psychology. As a faculty member of the concentration in High-Risk Family Interventions and as former Director of the Doctoral Program and the Psychological Services Clinic, she was directly involved in the development of programs to help children and families manage their anger and resolve conflict.

Kari Knight Stevens joined The Cigna Group in 2013 and serves as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In that role she shapes the company’s talent strategy, aligning workforce capabilities with evolving business needs, and fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion across a global employee base of over 60,000. She is also responsible for the programs, practices and policies that drive employee engagement and help attract, retain and develop the pivotal talent needed for today and tomorrow. Additionally, she leads the company’s Corporate Impact efforts.
