The death of a loved one can be a difficult experience for children and teens. As a parent or guardian of a grieving child, you may want some guidance and support in helping your child cope with the death of a loved one.
Hospice of Santa Cruz's Grief Support Program for children and teens is open to the community and programs are provided free-of-charge.

Individual Counseling: A counselor can meet with your child or teen to provide support. The counseling typically incorporates art, play and other creative activities. Counseling is also available in Spanish.
