Grief Journal: A Place to Land
A Place to Land offers an opportunity to learn about grief and yourself without overwhelming with too much information or unrealistic expectations.
Created by licensed grief therapist, Teresa Quinn, the 160 page journal is filled with psychoeducational tools and information, daily or weekly check-in prompts, reflection questions, poetry, and resources. The linen cover is meant to offer discretion and privacy for the user, and the calming and neutral aesthetic is meant to offer a soft landing place for reflection and introspection
Sections include:
- Tools for Grief: learn how grief shows up in your body, how to identify the different emotions that you’re experiencing, and how to create a grief ritual that helps you make meaning from your loss.
- Check-Ins: Prompted check-in pages that you can fill out daily or weekly with somatic (body-based) prompts that allow you to experience your emotions without judgement.
- Journal Prompts: Reflection questions based on years of working with bereaved people as a licensed clinical social worker.
- Resources: Poetry, reading and podcast suggestions, and next steps to assist you in navigating your loss.
