Rosebud is a community-based child life service operated in NYC by Annie Levinson, MS, CCLS. Annie is an experienced child life specialist providing empathic and trauma-informed support in the homes of children and families in the greater New York City area including Long Island and all 5 boroughs, as well as virtual support to families across the country. 

After an initial consultation, Annie designs and implements individualized and developmentally appropriate treatment plans based on the needs of each family. Annie supports families in processing their grief by using interventions such as developmentally appropriate education, therapeutic play and emotionally expressive outlets.

Some experiences Annie can support a family through might include:

• parent or caregiver loss
• sibling loss
• grief support for teachers in classrooms that have experienced grief, or other community leaders within groups that have experienced a loss
• hospice or palliative care experiences, terminal diagnoses
