Community Hospice provides free bereavement services for anyone who has experienced the death of a family member or friend.  

These services are available to everyone, regardless of whether the person who died was a hospice patient.  

Community Hospice offers support and comfort in eight counties in upstate New York: Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Columbia, Greene, Montgomery and Washington.
