Heather Hager

As President of Ann Sacks, a Kohler Company, Heather empowers headquarters, showroom, warehouse and factory teams to innovate and drive growth in the luxury tile and stone business. Formerly, as Vice President, Merchandising and Marketing for Ann Sacks, Heather focused on extending brand awareness, creating an innovative and inspirational product portfolio and delivering an exceptional customer experience to both residential and commercial clients.

Prior to Ann Sacks, Heather spent 14 years with Starbucks where she held leadership roles in Strategy, Customer Experience, Brand and Category Management. Notably, she led innovation in corporate social responsibility initiatives, including the launch of Starbucks FoodShare food rescue program. Prior to Starbucks, Heather gained multi-disciplinary experience at Limited Brands and Price Waterhouse LLP.

Heather serves on the Board of Directors of The Team Jesse Foundation committed to providing education and support to families of fallen soldiers, with an emphasis on early childhood development for youth who have lost a loved one in service to our country. Through her Team Jesse Foundation role, Heather discovered Camp Erin and became an avid supporter of Eluna’s programs dedicated to providing families with comfort, hope and healing.

Heather received a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Indiana University and an MBA with a concentration in marketing and management from New York University. She also earned an Associate of Arts in interior design, following a personal passion for design. Heather lives in Portland, OR and enjoys weekends on the Oregon Coast with her husband Kevin and their whippets, Jak and Zoe.
