Latoya Ford

Assistant Director of Addiction Prevention and Mentoring Programs

Latoya joined Eluna in June 2017. She provides support and management for the Camp Mariposa network. With over ten years of experience as a public health and human services professional, Latoya has devoted her career to improving outcomes for vulnerable youth and young adults.

Latoya holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Social Work from Alvenia University. Latoya has provided both direct service and management to various youth and public health programs and contributed to research for federal grants. She has also served as a board member for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Greater Philadelphia and a committee member for the School District of Philadelphia. Prior to joining Eluna, Latoya served as the senior manager for a non-profit, overseeing a program for girls affected by maternal incarceration and their families. Latoya, a Philadelphia native, loves spending time with her family, reading, volunteering, and impromptu trips to the beach.
