Best known as the Founder and former CEO of eMaint Enterprises, a global SaaS company providing enterprise asset management solutions. Under his leadership, eMaint grew from a bootstrapped start-up into an industry leader serving thousands of organizations worldwide. In 2016, the company was acquired by Fluke Corporation, a subsidiary of Fortive (NYSE: FTV), in a landmark transaction that highlighted its innovation and market impact. Following the successful sale of eMaint, Brian has continued to apply his expertise as a board director, investor, and advisor, focusing on governance, strategy, and value creation for various organizations.

Beyond business, Brian has a deep commitment to community. He currently serves on several homeowner association boards where he participates in governance, financial stewardship, and community development initiatives.

Brian’s philanthropic and cultural contributions include serving on the board of the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music, actively supporting Stevie Van Zandt’s TeachRock Foundation, and being a member of the Ensemble Arts Philly Founders Circle.
