Micaela Brandau

Micaela Brandau serves as Vice President of Pharma Services Strategy at Cencora. In this role, Micaela leads strategy across the company’s global pharma services businesses, partnering with leaders in North America and Europe to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers. Her work focuses on advancing capabilities across commercialization, access, and distribution to support the evolving needs of innovative therapies.

Micaela brings a strong track record of driving growth and innovation. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Global Products & Solutions, where she developed insight-driven offerings to create customer value and helped establish a disciplined investment framework and global product alignment. This included leading the successful consolidation and relaunch of the company’s comparator sourcing offering, significantly improving financial performance.

Before joining Cencora, Micaela spent over a decade at Johnson & Johnson in roles of increasing responsibility across global brand leadership, market access, and pricing strategy. She began her career in investment banking at Bank of America, advising Fortune 500 companies on capital strategy and financial transactions. Micaela holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Boston College. She lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her family.
