Phylliss is an accomplished professional, serving as a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at New York Life. A fierce advocate of the LGBTQ+ community, Phylliss is a published Children’s Book author whose series, The Jessie Books, offers a glimpse into the world of a little girl who just so happens to have two moms.
