Kevin Mincio

President, Eluna Board of Trustees CEO - Watermark Estate Management Services

Kevin Mincio is the CEO of Watermark Estate Management Services, a family office that provides worldwide personal and professional services.

Prior to Watermark, Kevin served in the United States Army, enlisting following the events of September 11 and deployed to support Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also worked at Goldman Sachs where he held multiple positions in the Investment Banking division, including Vice President of Banking Technology.

Kevin holds a degree in finance from the University of Connecticut, where he was a two-year captain of the lacrosse team. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

In 2011, he co-founded the Team Jesse Foundation, which has granted over $400K to serve military families. Team Jesse joined the Eluna network in 2020 to extend its reach to military families dealing with the grief of losing a loved one, and to those experiencing loss when a family member is impacted by the disease of addiction.

Kevin received the Washington State Jefferson Award in 2014 for his commitment to public service. In 2018, he received the Order of Saint Maurice (Civis level) for his contributions to the U.S. Army Infantry.

Since 2008, Kevin has been an assistant varsity coach for the Mercer Island High School boys lacrosse team. He lives in Seattle and enjoys weekends on the beach with his wife Heather and their whippets Jak and Zoe.
