Gina Clark is Executive Vice President and Chief Communications and Administration Officer for Cencora, Inc. and President of the Cencora Impact Foundation. In her role for Cencora, she is focused on driving global business and marketing strategy, leading strategic enterprise-wide initiatives, M&A integration, and corporate citizenship. She oversees global public affairs, marketing, brand and customer experience, the office of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as sustainability, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), and real estate.

Prior to being named Chief Communications and Administration Officer in 2017, she served in senior leadership roles in marketing and business development for Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) and the company’s Specialty Group. Before joining Cencora in 2006, Gina worked in executive leadership roles at Premier Inc. and HealthSouth.

With more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Gina is integral to the company’s remarkable transformation and industry-leading growth. She is credited with establishing the ESG function within Cencora and, most notably, she led the creation of a cohesive brand identity and go-to-market strategy for the evolution of AmerisourceBergen Corporation to Cencora, Inc., actualizing a bold vision for a unified global organization. In

May 2016, Gina took on the leadership of the Cencora Impact Foundation (formerly the AmerisourceBergen Foundation), the company’s charitable 501(c)3 which was established in 2013 under her direction. The Foundation supports organizations worldwide in improving the health and well-being of patient populations – both human and animal. Since its inception, the Foundation has provided more than $35 million in grants to communities around the world.

In addition, Gina serves on the board of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers Foundation and as Secretary for the Eluna board of trustees. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Forum of Executive Women. In 2023, she was recognized with a “Take the Lead” award by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.

Gina earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southwestern University.
