Eluna Care Packages for Children and Teens

Eluna currently offers care packages for youth across three age groups:

Ages 2–9 | Ages 10–12 | Ages 13+

Care packages are available for youth experiencing:

• Grief following the loss of their person
• Substance misuse in the family
• Grieving the loss of their person to suicide

Each set of packages is intentionally designed to reflect the unique needs and experiences of youth at different ages and within each circumstance.

What’s Inside

Each care package includes a custom combination of therapeutic and comfort items, selected to support emotional expression, regulation, and connection. Items may include:

• Backpack
• Stuffed animal or comfort item
• Poster
• Art & activity supplies
• Books
• Photo frame
• Candle or flashlight

Contents vary by age and experience to ensure developmentally appropriate support.

Additional Support Included

Every care package is accompanied by an Eluna Resource Center report, featuring:

• Recommended therapeutic activities
• Curated resources for caregivers and youth
• Guidance to support conversations at home

Giving That Makes a Difference

When gifting a care package, donors may:

• Include a personal note to the recipient
• Send an acknowledgment in honor or memory of someone special

All donations directly support Eluna’s mission to keep programs and resources free of charge for children, teens, and families impacted by grief or addiction.
