Fred Manning

Fred Manning is SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury for the Cigna Group.

In his role, Fred oversees enterprise financial planning and analysis, treasury and capital planning, global risk management and corporate actuarial services. Additionally, Fred has financial oversight responsibility for the company’s investment Management, Corporate Owned Life Insurance and Reinsurance functions. Fred has held this role since April 2025 and has been with the company since 2004, during which time he served in leadership positions in Investor Relations, SEC Reporting and other financial areas. Fred is the Executive Sponsor, and a graduate of, the Cigna Group’s Financial Leadership Development Program.

Fred is also a CPA with a bachelor’s degree from La Salle University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He resides with his family in Coatesville, PA.
